I had the privilege of attending a highly productive meeting with the Lung Oscillometry Expert Group at CREST Pune, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed professionals such as Dr. Sandeep Salvi. The gathering was marked by exciting discussions and insightful exchanges regarding the latest advancements in lung health and oscillometry techniques.

Oscillometry, a cutting-edge method for assessing lung function, has garnered increasing attention in the medical community due to its non-invasive nature and ability to provide detailed insights into respiratory mechanics. During our meeting, we delved into various aspects of oscillometry, including its applications in clinical practice, research methodologies, and emerging trends in the field.
One of the highlights of the meeting was the in-depth exploration of recent developments in oscillometry technology and its implications for diagnosing and managing respiratory conditions. We discussed how oscillometry could enhance our understanding of airway dynamics, lung compliance, and the pathophysiology of diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and interstitial lung diseases.
Furthermore, Dr. Sandeep Salvi, a renowned expert in the field, shared valuable insights based on his extensive experience and research in respiratory medicine. His contributions enriched our discussions and provided valuable perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in advancing oscillometry as a diagnostic tool and research modality.
